nCamp’s inventor and designer, Dan Cuffaro, established nCamp after creating a camping stove prototype as a project example for his design students at the Cleveland Institute of Art. Cuffaro, a hiker and backpacker, identified a need for a portable stove that was compact and wouldn’t run out of fuel. His design, inspired by a camping cup, has transformed the common bulky combustion chamber to one that is collapsible and easy to carry.  Dan teamed up with John Cunningham, who spent over 20 year bringing successful products to market for Stanley Black & Decker. As an Army veteran and runner, John appreciated the need to make things compact and light.  The team established nCamp to make camping products that are easy, durable, and accessible.  The nCamp mission is to make camping more enjoyable by developing products that are easy-to-use, durable, and affordable.
