At Eagle Pin Locks we recognize the need for different keying options which is why our locks come in keyed unique and keyed alike.

     

    Warranty

    Eagle Pin Locks come with a standard warranty: for the period of one (1) year when used by the original owner, pin locks are warranted against any defects in material or workmanship. The pin locks warranty may be extended to two (2) year warranty if terms and conditions are met.

    With proof of purchase, a defective part will be replaced free of charge. If a replacement part is unavailable, the product will be replaced with one of equal value. This warranty does not apply to a product that is damaged or altered through misuse, abuse, accident, neglect modification or mishandling.

     

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

    1. Extended warranty is conditional on return of warranty registration card. If warranty registration card is not completed and returned standard limited warranty will apply.

    2. Eagle Pin Lock items must be used and maintained within specifications. This warranty will not apply in the event of conditions demonstrating abnormal use or stress.

     

    WARRANTY ACTIVATION / SERVICE CLAIMS 

    1. To activate warranty complete and return warranty activation card provided in packaging within 10 days of receipt of product.

    RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT For warranty returns, the original direct purchaser should contact Eagle Pin Locks customer service by calling 1-877-862-7049 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM eastern standard time (USA). Eagle Pin Locks may elect to inspect the product through pictures, send parts, or issue an RA number so that the product may be returned to the factory for testing or repair.  Transportation charges are not covered or reimbursed under the terms of warranty. All decisions on warranty fulfillment are at the sole discretion of Eagle Pin Lock (no labor or time allowances).

    Free Shipping (Excludes Hawaii, Alaska or Outside of the USA):

    When you place an order that ships to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the USA, the buyer pays for shipping.  We will estimate shipping costs & delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please note that our site uses general information about each product's weight and dimensions in conjunction with your approximate location (based on the zip code you enter) to generate quotes for expedited shipping & shipments outside of the lower 48 states.     For expedited shipping, please be aware that we typically ship orders out Monday - Friday only. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship out Monday morning.

    Order Shipment:

    If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@easilycarried.com

    Damages:

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos info@easilycarried.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

    Cancellations & Refunds:

    All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

    How do I return a product?

    Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the receipt of your product.  The product must be returned unopened in the original packaging.

    We do not accept returns of used products.  You should also provide us with a receipt of your purchase and a reason for returning the item.

    Please note that you cannot return an item without a valid return authorization number and there is a 30% restocking fee for all returns.  Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, EasilyCarried.com will issue a refund for the full amount minus restocking/administration fees to the credit card used for the purchase only.

    If you attempt to send the item back without a return authorization number, it will be refused, and you will be charged the return shipping costs.  Customers are responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs for returning an item.
